Increase productivity using digital systems

Digital assistance systems to simplify production control

Our expertise in mechanical and plant engineering is complemented by smart assistance systems in production. Store floor applications that support operators and technologists in monitoring and controlling production can be implemented on new production solutions or existing systems as required. Their functionalities go beyond pure process control and enable process capability to be ensured and efficiency to be increased.

Our product portfolio for digital assistance systems

Special Machinery Cockpit with Helpcenter - current machine data and AI-supported recommendations for action - directly on the HMI panel or production tablet.

Analyzer - quick and easy analysis of historical machine data and events

Flowmanager – rule assistant for linking events with recommended actions

Special Machinery Cockpit: All data at a glance

Up-to-date machine data and AI-supported recommended actions – direct on the HMI panel or production tablet.

The Cockpit is an assistance system with touchscreen interface and supports employees in the operation and monitoring of production machines. The most important information on production status and essential messages from all machines are provided in a user-centric manner on a display. Possible views on the Cockpit include a line overview with main KPIs, inspection station for quality control, machine view for overview of key machine parameters or production view, e.g. for monitoring machine cycle times.

Collecting machine data using our Analyzer

Use our Analyzer to simplify the identification of weak points and faults in production systems. Our Analyzer provides you with an overview of all machine data up to the management of several lines at a glance.

  • Individual sorting and additive filters can be used to compile messages, system statuses, faults or manual entries for evaluations.
  • Graphical representation of various scenarios enables bottlenecks and causes of errors to be quickly identified and performance to be documented.
  • The analyses are carried out using machine learning algorithms for classification and the creation of clusters and decision trees.

Flow Manager as an intuitive rules assistant

Rules assistant for connecting events to recommended actions
Rules assistant for connecting events to recommended actions

Leave nothing to chance. Our AI-supported alert system for monitoring production systems informs you quickly and reliably before your system comes to a standstill.

The first stage for the implementation of Flow is the use of our Analyzer. While this only allows access to the machine events, Flow is able to link the identified, recurring events directly with recommendations for action. Each event can be supplemented with entries for employees directly at the machines, which are displayed via our Special Machinery Cockpit and support operation and troubleshooting. Faster troubleshooting significantly increases machine availability.

Machine learning algorithms also provide support here, which can be used on other systems without the user needing any prior knowledge. Predefined interfaces can be used to link your own applications and Flow can be used on all connected systems of the machine connector.
