Efficient, flexible, and precisely tailored: Our modular End of Line (EoL) platform sets a new standard in the final validation of driveline components. In many industries, EoL testing plays a decisive role in ensuring that every product leaving the factory meets defined performance and quality criteria. The requirements of these final checks, however, vary significantly depending on the application and product complexity.

To address this diversity, our team has developed a modular, scalable, and application-specific test system that adapts seamlessly to a wide range of technical and logistical demands.

Backed by years of engineering expertise, our platform design is built to serve a broad spectrum of EoL testing scenarios — from electric axles and hybrid modules to transmissions and clutches. The heart of the concept lies in a compact, standardized base frame that can be flexibly configured for a variety of use cases. This includes options for integrating control cabinets with or without protective enclosures, acoustic booths for noise-sensitive environments, and flexible automation solutions such as robot loading, AGV interfaces, or conveyor connections.

The entire test bench is mounted on a vibration-damping foundation made of UHPC (Ultra High-Performance Concrete), effectively isolating the system from external influences and supporting precise, reproducible measurements.

From a sustainability standpoint, we emphasize the use of energy-efficient components and regenerative systems that feed recovered energy back into the grid during test cycles. The platform is also designed for long service life, low maintenance requirements, and full integration into customer test labs — with highly automated processes that reduce operator effort and maximize throughput.

A strong example of how this platform adapts to specific requirements is our ZOOX EoL test rig — a project that highlights the system’s flexibility in addressing even highly customized technical setups.
